I imagined if i were a deer, I would feel mesmerized when I see a car that has it's headlights on. The last thing I would see are a pair of headlights. Being a deer is so depressing.
I can't wait until Winter Dance 2010'. Last year my friends were impeccably dressed. They were untouchable, they were my perfectly imperfect group of friends. :)

Afternoon traffic in Vietnam is chaotic, if you are a foreigner. You won't know which direction the motorbikes are going. It's what i call, a little taste of chaos.

I was doing my homework, when i heard the commotion outside. My Neighbors were having a family gathering.
My dog Nemo had cancer. The Vets said he could only live for 6 months or have to do a treatment. My family did everything, the treatments, surgeys. Everything! But on October 29th he died sadly. The Treatment foundered, my family is sad, and disappointed. People said sorry, but it didn't change a thing. Nemo is died, and its hard to accept.
I was painting outside on a gray day. I finished the painting just before lunch, but a huge storm passed my peaceful urban town. I couldn't save my artwork in time, it was ruined. The colors we mixed together causing it to look black. But it was no biggy, i could paint it again. :)
When i was small my mom told be there is always a little life in everything. So one day i went to the school playground, and i spotted a rock. I looked at it all day, but the was still and inert. That day i learned that rocks couldn't move.
When I was ten asked my dad how old should i be to have a boyfriend? He said when you are 30, i disagreed with him. I told him that in the movies its not how old you are its how you feel. My dad and I were negotiating. We agreed not to bring this subject up.
The night sky was so beautiful. The stars looked innumerable, it lite up Ho Chi Minh City. As I hope that one star out there is Nemo. Rest In Peace little buddy.
In Maryland, fences are used to show citizens their boundaries of where not to go and to go. For example the military base is fenced to keep intruders out.
My brother told be that even if someone in our family dies. If we knew them or not we must respect them. They are our descendants, our family. Now think if they weren't alive, would we be alive. No, no we wouldn't. So don't every think for a second they are not important.

What is the significance of the story’s title, “Stop the Sun”?
The Vietcong is a group of Northern Vietnamese men who attacked soldiers who fought for Southern Vietnam. Usually the Vietcong would attack at dawn. In the story Terry’s dad was in a group of fifty-four American soldiers. He was the only one alive after the attack of the Vietcong at dawn. Before the incident Terry’s dad hoped the sun would stop. But you cannot stop the sun from rising into the dark sky. In other words the story title, “Stop the Sun” means to stop the Vietcong from attacking the American soldiers, and maybe all fifty-four men would still be alive.

Walking through a dark storage. Detective Gibbs solved every murder case that has accrued when he started working in 1999. 7th Street police station in downtown Maryland. It was the year of 2010. He remembered the story like it happened yesterday.
Monday morning 8:00am, Gibbs was called to go to Briggs Chaney Middle School, because of a report of homicide. Police cars parked in the front of the school. Gibbs walks in with a long black cloak. He walks into the middle school gym.
“What do we have here boys?” Gibbs said with curiosity
“Rosie Black, 13, died for about three days” said an officer
“Where is the body?” Gibbs said
“Look Up”
The body was hung on top of the gym. Later the police took down the body. The cause of death is that she was beaten to death with a bat. He knew he needed to interview the victim’s friends for evidence and narrow down the suspect.
After looking and examining that body. Gibbs walked to the supply room in the gym. He took a look at the bat section. All but one bat had blood on it. The blood indentified was Rosie Black.
Gibbs interviewed the victim’s boyfriend. Jake McKenzie
“When did you last see Rosie?”
“Last Friday, right after school end, Rosie told me she had to go home early because her parents thinks she’s using drugs” Jake said chuckling
“Do you know anyone that might want to hurt Rosie?”
“Why are you asking me questions about Rosie?” Jake said with concern
“Rosie was murdered”
“What!”Jake blacked out and started crying.
Gibbs took a closer look at the crime scene; it was dark and chilly outside. He heard strange sounds coming from the gym. He quietly pulls out his gun from his black cloak. Sounds of sobbing, and sounds of dragging something heavy. He walked closer and closer to the dark crime scene. The sounds got louder and louder. He finally got to the gym. Gibbs saw someone, in a navy blue jacket, which has the logo of the Briggs Chaney’s Bears. Wearing skinny jeans from Macy’s “Get Back To School” sale. Some all-star converse, it was too dark Gibbs couldn’t recognize the color.
“Stay where you are and put your hands where I can see them” Gibbs said to the stranger
“I’m sorry Rosie, I just wanted you to know how I felt” A girl said with a teary voice.
“I’m detective Gibbs, I’m here to help. Who are you?”
“I…I….I’m Jennifer Shin. I didn’t mean too. I didn’t know what else to do”
Gibb’s took out his phone and called 911
“What did you do?” Gibbs said trying to stall
“It was an accident, I took the bat. I couldn’t stop I was so mad”
Police sirens, doors opening, and sounds of footsteps coming closer. Suddenly the light went on. Police arrested the young girl, and took her to the police station.
Finally Gibbs arrived at the police station. He walked to the interviewing room to interview Jennifer. He stepped in the room the girl’s hair was a mess. Her mascara made her tears black. She looked depressed.
“Why Jennifer Why?” Gibbs asked wondering
“Rosie and I were best friends, until Jake came along. He ruined everything” Jennifer said with anger in her voice.
“Then what. Killing Rosie would make this better, so you would be with Jake?” Gibbs said
“NO, I had feelings for Rosie. I couldn’t stand seeing her with Jake. I thought if I told her I liked her she would like me back. Friday Night I gave a note telling her to meet me in the gym. I told her I loved her and kissed her. Rosie just told me to stay away from her, so I took the bat and started hitting her.” Jennifer said
“Why did you go back to the crime scene?” Gibbs asked
“I regret killing Rosie; I will so anything to be with her” Jennifer said
Jennifer was sent to prison in Florida. After a month there, she hung herself. Now she can be with Rosie forever.

I had a friend her name was Macy. She was my best friend, with her black hair tied together in a pony tail. Her pink-ish purple glasses. Always getting A's on test, never lower that a B. She was a bit taller than me, but from afar you couldn't notice the difference. We were like sisters. But she changed, I changed. We became strangers, but strangers with a past.

- I think Mr. Patrick and I have many things in common, and also many that are different. But in this assignment, it tells me to talk about the similarities. First of all we both have two parents both mother and father. They are both born in the same country. Mr. Patrick's parent are from the united states, and mine are form Vietnam. The last similarity is that the most important thing in our life are our friends and family.
